We hold a traditional Sunday morning worship service weekly at 9:30am. You are welcome to join us in-person, or digitally on our livestream.

Children are always welcome in worship at Santee UMC. On 2nd and 4th Sundays, elementary aged children are invited to begin in worship, and then are escorted down to the Sunday School room before the sermon for a Sunday School lesson.

We are an affirming Christian community in the heart of Santee, California.

We are United Methodists, part of a global denomination that believes in making disciples for the transformation of the world. We accomplish this by putting faith and love into action. We believe that God loves all people, and that we share in expressing that love. So the United Methodist tradition emphasizes God's grace and in serving others. We believe that Jesus Christ is the fullest expression of God's love--showing us the fullness of God's care through Jesus' teachings, death and resurrection.

We are part of the Reconciling Ministries Network. We welcome and affirm people of every gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orierntation, who are also of every age, race, ethnicitiy, ability, and of every economic, immigration, and social status. As followers of Jesus, we commit ourselves to the pursuit of justice and pledge to stand in solidarity with all who are marginalized and oppressed.
